This page contains the terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") for KITBIT AUTOFILL. By downloading KITBIT AUTOFILL, you agree to this agreement either for yourself or on behalf of your employer or another entity and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If you are accepting on behalf of your employer or another entity, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind your employer or such entity to these terms and conditions.

The use of this software, including any other software of third make available jointly with this software, it implies that you accept and you are forced by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions").

Intellectual Property.

You acknowledge that Artificial Intelligent Kit, S.L.U. own all right, title and interest in and to KITBIT AUTOFILL or portions thereof, including without limitation all Intellectual Property Rights. "Intellectual Property Rights" means any and all rights existing from time to time under patent law, copyright law, trade secret law, trademark law, unfair competition law, and any and all other proprietary rights, and any and all applications, renewals, extensions and restorations thereof, now or hereafter in force and effect worldwide.

You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, prepare derivative works from, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive source code from KITBIT AUTOFILL, or to extract significant portions of KITBIT AUTOFILL's files for use in other applications. You also agree to not remove, obscure, or alter Artificial Intelligent Kit, S.L.U.'s or any third party's copyright notice, trademarks, or other proprietary rights notices affixed to or contained within or accessed in conjunction with or through KITBIT AUTOFILL. Also you accept not to use no part, section or object that, still without freeing, can be used with other applications of independent way.

Changes to Terms and Conditions.

You may not distribute in any way KITBIT AUTOFILL or any services or software associated with or derived from it, modify, copy, license, or create derivative works from KITBIT AUTOFILL, unless you obtain Artificial Intelligent Kit, S.L.U.'s written permission in advance.

Limitation of Liability.

Artificial Intelligent Kit, S.L.U. disclaims any responsibility for any harm resulting from your use (or use by your employees, agents or contractors) of KITBIT AUTOFILL and/or any third party software or content accessed in conjunction with or through KITBIT AUTOFILL. KITBIT AUTOFILL IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITH NO WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER. Artificial Intelligent Kit, S.L.U. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS. Artificial Intelligent Kit, S.L.U. DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTIES REGARDING THE SECURITY, RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, AND PERFORMANCE OF KITBIT AUTOFILL. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOU DOWNLOAD AND/OR USE KITBIT AUTOFILL AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OR USE OF KITBIT AUTOFILL.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL Artificial Intelligent Kit, S.L.U. BE LIABLE TO ANY USER ON ACCOUNT OF THAT USER'S USE OR MISUSE OF KITBIT AUTOFILL. SUCH LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO PREVENT RECOVERY OF DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, AND PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHETHER SUCH CLAIM IS BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE. SUCH LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARISE FROM USE OR MISUSE OF AND RELIANCE ON KITBIT AUTOFILL, FROM INABILITY TO USE KITBIT AUTOFILL, OR FROM THE INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, OR TERMINATION OF KITBIT AUTOFILL (INCLUDING SUCH DAMAGES INCURRED BY THIRD PARTIES). SUCH LIMITATION SHALL APPLY NOTWITHSTANDING A FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

You agree that Artificial Intelligent Kit, S.L.U. has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any Content and other communications maintained or transmitted by KITBIT AUTOFILL. You acknowledge that Artificial Intelligent Kit, S.L.U. may have set no fixed upper limit on the number of transmissions you may send or receive through KITBIT AUTOFILL or the amount of storage space used; however, Artificial Intelligent Kit, S.L.U. retain the right, at our sole discretion, to create limits at any time with or without notice.

The data introduced in KITBIT AUTOFILL are not stored, nor envoys or personals. The treatment of these data takes place in the equipment where the application settles and is the precise one to carry out its operation.

You agree to hold harmless and use KITBIT AUTOFILL without causing damages to third and to Artificial Intelligent Kit, S.L.U., and indemnify Artificial Intelligent Kit, S.L.U., and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, advertisers, licensors, suppliers or partners, from and against any third party claim arising from or in any way related to your use of KITBIT AUTOFILL, violation of the Terms or any other actions connected with use of KITBIT AUTOFILL, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys' fees, of every kind and nature. In such a case, Artificial Intelligent Kit, S.L.U. will provide you with written notice of such claim, suit or action.

You expressly understand and agree that:

Artificial Intelligent Kit, S.L.U. DO NOT WARRANT THAT (i) KITBIT AUTOFILL WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii) KITBIT AUTOFILL WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF KITBIT AUTOFILL WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH KITBIT AUTOFILL WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, AND (V) ANY ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED.

ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF KITBIT AUTOFILL IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR OTHER DEVICE OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.

Miscellaneous Provisions.

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without giving effect to the conflict of laws provisions of Spain or your actual state or country of residence. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of these Terms and Conditions to be unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms and Conditions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede and replace all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions will be effective only if in writing and signed by Artificial Intelligent Kit, S.L.U.
